Mr Andrew Elder has 12 years of experience as a dental expert witness providing dento legal reports for dental personal injury claims acting for either claimant or defendant. He has Bond Solon training.

Andrew has extensive experience in assessing and managing a wide variety of restorative dentistry issues. In training to be a Restorative Dentistry Consultant he has received broad training in all of the sub specialties. As an NHS Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and seeing patients in private practice he maintains skills in all of these areas.  

Through teaching, training future specialists and personal continuing professional development he ensures he maintains an up to date knowledge in all these broad areas.  

His specialist areas of expertise include personal injury, traumatic facial injuries and road traffic accidents.

Reports are prepared on the instruction of lawyers acting for claimants or defendants, together with single joint and agreed expert instructions. All reports are fully compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules, and are normally submitted within four weeks of receipt of instructions. Digital radiographs and intra-oral photographs are included in Condition & Prognosis Reports. He has a diligent secretary to ensure that reports are completed in good time and if further information is requested this information is provided swiftly.
